Cold-Chain, Custody, and Statewide Routes

  • Cold-chain-capable transport with documented temperature handling
  • Chain-of-custody documentation from pickup through verified delivery
  • Statewide California coverage, including long-distance and intercity routes
  • Direct pharmacy-to-patient, pharmacy-to-provider, and facility-to-facility movement
  • Recipient-verification workflows and signature capture where required
  • After-hours, weekend, and holiday transport when arranged and accepted

Every Assignment Is Reviewed Before It Is Accepted

An authorized pharmacy or healthcare contact provides the shipment, deadline, handling, origin, destination, and recipient requirements. MedMove evaluates route feasibility, timing, driver availability, custody procedures, and applicable temperature requirements. Once accepted, the shipment moves according to the approved mission plan with defined communication and escalation, and delivery is documented with the applicable timestamps, verification, and temperature information.

MedMove works directly with specialty pharmacies and qualified healthcare organizations. MedMove does not accept medication orders or transportation requests directly from patients. Each mission is subject to operational review, availability, route feasibility, shipment requirements, and acceptance by MedMove.
